Charisse Curtis, VP of public relations for C. Luxe Brand Management, tells Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars that she sends about 100 pitch emails a day. She doesn’t get replies on all of them, but she still works hard to start each email strong. Curtis says that, unless you can connect with your targets in the first three sentences, they won’t follow through and even bother reading the rest.
