These are the best U.S. cities to work at a startup in 2024

If you’re job hunting this year, you’ll probably have noticed that the job market isn’t quite as busy as it was during the pandemic, for example.

While U.S. employers added 175,000 jobs in April, this is actually the smallest number in six months. The month of May did a little better, adding 272,000 new jobs into the economy.

The good news is that a cooling of the previously hot job market may help with inflation, but on the other hand, it could signal a bit of a worry for Americans who are out of work, or who are in the market for a new job.
